During the process of promoting that property, my phone did not stop ringing. Buyers calling about 1 to 5 acres. Buyers calling about 5 to 10 acres. Buyers calling about up to 20 acres. There is clearly a lot of demand right now for smaller acreage, especially here in Lee County.
