INTRODUCING HALLMARK PROPERTIES
We are excited to introduce Hallmark Properties, a real estate brokerage serving the East Alabama area. As you may know, we have spent the last 10 years operating a real estate company in Destin, Florida. We developed the vacation rental program for Destin Luxury Real Estate, managing vacation rentals from Destin to 30A. We later became the owners of the company and grossed $20 million in real estate sales in 2022. We have also managed our own vacation rentals and long-term rentals in the Auburn-Opelika area for the past 25 years.
While we have loved working with clients along the Emerald Coast, we are thrilled to add our experience and passion for real estate to the East Alabama market. We’ve lived in the area for the past 30 years and have built many relationships through our non-profit involvement in campus ministry, a local church, and most recently The Oaks School.
